Are you looking for the best tabla classes or you want to learn any of the musical instruments including Cajon, Drum(western), Djembe or Maharashtrian Dholki then Riyaaz Academy is just for you.
The tabla classes conducted in Riyaaz Academy of Percussion have minimum students per batch which makes sure each student is given adequate personal attention and detailed knowledge.
We Organize Music Concerts all over Pune. (Classical & Light Music Shows) plus we also conduct Annual Gathering Every Year where our students perform and explore their skills with confidence. Our teaching is focussed on the performance of each of our students.
We also conduct online Tabla classes (Learn Tabla Online) where the lessons are given with the help of Skype, WhatsApp Video Call or Google Duo calling or any of such a video conferencing tool.
Students can take up diverse courses in Tabla and all mentioned musical instruments ranging from Prarambhik to Visharad.
Online exams are also conducted by Gandharva Mahavidyalaya.
After successful completion of the course and examination, students receive the certification from the Mahavidyalaya.

Pranav Joshi, an establishing tabla instructor, fell in love with the instrument at a tender age. His passion for tabla grew because of the constant encouragement of his dynamic mother, who constantly quenched his curiosity and love for the art. His fingers create magic as soon as they touch the plain surface of tabla.
The direction of once career usually shapes when one is young and sensitive to one’s inner voice and talent. Pranav discovered that his pursuit of happiness culminated in this beautiful melodious instrument,whose enthralling drum language or bols transported him into a rhythmic realm.
Having trained under the eagle eye and expertise of Taalyogi Pandit Suresh Talwalkar, Pranav soon found himself in a whirlpool of delight.
Qualification – TABLA VISHARAD from Gandharva Maha Vidyalaya. Bcom, MBA Finance and MA (TABLA)
Guru – Taalyogi Pt Suresh Talwalkar.
Employment – Visiting faculty for Music in Jog High School, SPM School & Schzoprenia Org (S.A.A).
Teaching – Tabla, Cajon, Djembe, Dholki and Western Drums for more than 6 Yrs , Organising Programs & Performing all over Maharashtra.
Tabla Examination & its Benefits
Tabla exams are conducted through Gandharva Mahavidyalaya (Bharat Prasarak Mandal Pune).
The benefits of giving exams is to develops Skills, Innovation, Perfection, Performance and Stage Confidence.
If any student clears 3 tabla exams, then he or she will be eligible to get 10 marks in S.S.C Board Examination. In addition to this, if he/she clears 5 tabla exams then they will be eligible to get 15 marks in S.S.C Board Examination.
Note—This is approved and governs by the State Government of Maharashtra only applicable to S.S.C.Board and solely depend on the Govt policies
